As a speaker, you will be registered for the International CES automatically. Upon your arrival, please pick up your badge in  the Speaker Ready Room: LVCC, North Hall Upper Level, Room N263.





On-site Speaker Ready Room
On-site Speaker Ready Room

CES speakers have access to our Speaker Ready Room. Take advantage of this area to orient yourself with the program location, fine tune your presentation and network with your peers. The Speaker Ready Room is located in the Las Vegas Convention Center above the North Hall exhibits in Room N263.

Amenities include:

  • Speaker work area
  • Computers and Internet access
  • Show directories and events schedules
  • Copier
  • Beverage service





Conference Session Equipment
Conference Session Equipment

The standard A/V available for each conference session includes:

  • LCD data projector (1024x 768 resolution; 4:3 aspect ratio)
  • Podium and podium microphone
  • Shared microphones for panelists
  • 8' x 8' screen (or larger)
  • VGA switch box
All other A/V equipment must be ordered and approved by October 1, 2012. A/V equipment cannot be ordered on-site.

Laptops are NOT available, nor can additional A/V equipment be ordered on-site.
*Mac users:  Freeman has a limited supply of Mac adapters for use during CES. Notify Kim Bennett if you will be using a Mac computer.

Use of the International CES Conference Powerpoint Template is strongly encouraged when creating slide presentations.  The template will be available on this page later in the fall.
