Official International CES speakers receive automatic registration, access to Internet-enabled computers and the opportunity to help shape the consumer technology industry.

Speaker registration and badge pick-up
As a speaker, you will be registered for the International CES automatically. Upon your arrival, please pick up your badge in the Speaker Ready Rooms:
- LVCC North Hall N263
- LVCC South Hall S117
- The Venetian, Lando 4301
On-site Speaker Ready Rooms
CES speakers have access to our Speaker Ready Rooms. Take advantage of this area to orient yourself with the program location, fine tune your presentation and network with your peers. The Speaker Ready Rooms are located in the Las Vegas Convention Center above the North Hall exhibits next to Room N263 and in the South Hall Room S117/118. The Speaker Ready Room in The Venetian is Lando 4301.Amenities include:
- Speaker work area
- Computers and Internet access
- Phones/fax machine
- Show directories and events schedules
- Copier
- Beverage service
Morning and afternoon snacks served each show day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Conference sessions audio/visual equipment
The standard A/V available for each conference session includes:
- LCD data projector
- Podium and podium microphone
- Microphones for panelists
- 8' x 8' screen
- VGA switch box
Presentation materials
Speakers who wish to use visuals during their conference session must provide their own laptops and are encouraged to use the International CES PowerPoint template available for download.
