New Customs Regulations for Ocean Freight Shipped to U.S.

The new Import Security Filing (ISF) Rule requires that specific information about cargo be filed with U.S. Customs (CBP) in advance of goods being shipped. Failure to comply could result in fines of up to $5,000 per violation and delays in shipment. Read more about this new " ISF Rule."
